The services I provide are high-level research and writing, litigation support, and expert forensic analysis for complicated tracing and "Moore/Marsden" issues. You will find that the fees I charge are very reasonable, especially considering my experience and the quality of the work I provide.

One of my purposes in establishing this Web Site is to make available articles that I have written on various family law subjects. They are free, so enjoy them.

I am also providing documents and other data that you can download, which include redacted pleadings, sample tracings, and teaching charts that I developed during my 25 years as a professor of Community Property at San Francisco Law School.

Also included in this section is a page devoted to "Community Property Divider," the property division software I developed, which is used by many family law attorneys throughout California.
