Fee Schedule
Fee Increase: As of April 1, 2007 my base fees are $150 per hour

Retainer: To be determined after the initial consultation. Must be paid in advance before work can begin on your case, and must be replenished when depleted by 75 percent. Any balance remaining on account after the completion of the project will be refunded.
Fee Levels:
- Basic Fee: For regular services, $150/hour.
- Expert Fees: For services in the capacity of an expert witness, $200/hour.
Terms and form of payment:
- Terms: Retainer paid prior to commencement of work on case. Services will be billed against the retainer on an ongoing basis. If at any point the retainer is depleted by 75% or more, you must replenish the retainer within three working days.
- Form: Cash or check, no credit cards accepted.
